Scheduling Information

While we fully understand that unexpected events can occur, appointment slots are in high demand. If we know in advance the appointment cannot be kept, there are others that would appreciate being able to get in.

We kindly request that if you are not able to make your scheduled appointment that the office be contacted. We know that a full day is not often feasible so we are asking for 4 hours advance notice of cancellation. Failure to contact the office with 4 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee which will need to be paid before further services.

If multiple appointments are missed without the requested notice, a deposit IN ADVANCE of the appointment will be required. Please understand we value our clients and patients and want only the best for all. We are more than willing work with you as we understand schedules change or urgent matters arise but please remember that there are many people that need veterinary care right now.
